Cedar Valley Group (Middle to Upper Devonian)
Primary Rock Types: Fine- to medium-grained dolomite and fossiliferous limestone.
Formations Included: The area is dominated by units of the Cedar Valley Group, notably the Little Cedar, Coralville, and Lithograph City Formations.
