Today (6/6/25), I visited Royalton Ravine Park just south of Gasport, NY. This was another park on the Niagara Escarpment that had many fluvial-glacial features. Royalton Falls went over the Rochester Shale. The waterfall is right by an old broken mill and next to the ruins of a home that Mrs. Belva A. Lockwood (First USA Female Lawyer and Official Female USA Presidential Candidate) owned.
