Sweet Home Part 2

Originally, I thought this was Camilius Shale since it is just north of the  Onondaga Limestone. But, then I was thinking it could be the Bertie Dolostone. Studying it some more, it has more Onondaga characteristics. Is this the transition from the Onondaga Limestone to the Bertie Dolostone?
